07/10/24, Hole lengthwise running North/South on Waihona Street, just North of AMPRO, angling left (East) down across AMPRO property, diagonally across Northern half of 96-1243 Waihona Street, old 42″ Navy water pipeline (easement) to Pearl Harbor. New pipeline with new easements, started in 2019 follows Waihona Street down to Kamehameha Highway, does not cut across teh AMPRO property. New Navy 42″ pipeline, original completion date November 2021, delayed by the Pandemic, then further delayed when the Halawa water pipeline to Pear Harbor was shut down
when fuel leaks from the Halawa fuel tanks contaminated the Halawa water wells, bypass and shut off valves added to the new Waihona pipeline. Water in the new line started flowing to Pearl Harbor two (2) months ago, system GOOD, planned abandonment of the old pipeline, remove portions, others fill in place, now REALITY, section under AMPRO filled 07/10/24, 4+ truckloads, estimated 10 yards per truckload, 8,000+ gallons of CLSM concrete. CLSM also poured into the
holes for the three (3) valves.
